Working with a contractor experienced in additions is important because these projects require structural planning, permits, and integration with the existing home structure.

What Our Clients Have to Say

Our Design & Execution Process

0 1

SCHEDULE CONSULTATION

During your initial consultation, we will discuss your project and we’ll provide a recommended approach. This is your time to share your ideas and to ask questions. Prior to the meeting, it is helpful for you to prepare a clear vision of what you are trying to accomplish.

0 2

DESIGN PHASE

Each project is unique and depending on the type and complexity of the project, specific designs or architectural drawings may be required. We will identify any foundation permits that may need to be obtained or anything that is required to be approved to start.

0 3

PROJECT TIMELINE

Bringing together the design and the materials, the final proposal outlines the anticipated project timeline and investment. This is one of the most important steps to ensure we have a clear understanding of the scope of work and expectations for our clients to prepare.

0 4

BUILD & EXECUTION

The Fun part! At this stage, we have worked out a timeline with our clients that adapts to their schedule, placed all custom orders, scheduled material delivery and we have mapped out a timeline with a organized flow of work that is both timely & efficient.

WHY INVEST IN A PROFESSIONAL 2

Why Invest in a Professional Kitchen Remodel?

A kitchen remodel can dramatically enhance the aesthetics, improve the energy flow, and boost both the functionality and resale value of your home. Over time, kitchens can become outdated and even develop underlying issues such as mold, mildew, or poor layout efficiency. By modernizing your space, you not only improve your daily living experience but also make a smart investment in your property’s future.

At NuView Construction, we use only the highest quality materials — built for durability, low maintenance, and long-term performance. Whether you’re upgrading for your own comfort or preparing to sell, we ensure your kitchen renovation is both beautiful and structurally sound.
